The Real Problem

You Probably Don't Need Another Workout.

There are thousands of free workouts online. The problem is rarely finding another list of exercises.

The problem is knowing what to do this week, how to progress next week, what to change when life gets busy and how to keep training when motivation disappears.

  • Constantly changing programs
  • Training hard without tracking progression
  • Five- or six-day routines that collapse when life gets busy
  • Losing your routine whenever you travel
  • No feedback when technique or programming needs adjustment
  • Nobody notices when you stop showing up
The Warrior System

Three Parts. One Repeatable System.

Warrior Foundations is built to reduce guesswork and make consistent training easier to maintain in real life.

01

Strength

Three structured resistance-training sessions each week, built around fundamental movement patterns, progressive overload and your current level of experience.

Precision Over Random Effort
02

Adaptability

Training should survive real life. Exercises can be substituted across gym, home and travel environments without abandoning the structure of the program.

Adapt Like Sun Wukong
03

Accountability

Weekly check-ins, progression tracking and feedback create a system where missed sessions and stalled progress become problems to solve — not reasons to quit.

Consistency Before Motivation
The Training Foundation

Strength Starts With the Basics Done Well

Warrior Training is not based on secret ancient exercises or random high-intensity punishment.

The foundation is modern resistance training built around repeatable movement patterns, sound technique and measurable progression.

01

Squat

Build lower-body strength through knee-dominant movement patterns appropriate to your level.

02

Hinge

Train the posterior chain through controlled hip-dominant movements and progressive loading.

03

Push

Develop pressing strength through horizontal and vertical variations selected for your equipment.

04

Pull

Build the back and upper body through rowing, pulling and assisted or loaded variations.

05

Carry & Core

Develop trunk stability, bracing and practical strength that supports the rest of the program.

A Simple Warrior Week

Three Sessions You Can Actually Build Around

Your exact exercises and progression depend on your starting point, equipment and goals. The structure below shows how a simple three-day strength week can be organized.

Day 01

Strength A

  • Squat emphasis
  • Upper-body push
  • Upper-body pull
  • Hinge accessory
  • Core / carry work
Day 02

Strength B

  • Hinge emphasis
  • Upper-body push
  • Upper-body pull
  • Single-leg work
  • Core / carry work
Day 03

Strength C

  • Balanced full-body training
  • Technique practice
  • Progression work
  • Accessory strength
  • Optional conditioning

This is an educational example rather than an individualized prescription. Your coaching plan is adjusted to your training experience, available equipment and current ability.

Measurable Progress

Stop Guessing Whether You're Improving

Progress does not mean adding weight to the bar every session forever. Strength training can progress through several variables, while movement quality and consistency remain part of the process.

Repetitions Perform more quality reps within the planned training range.
Load Increase resistance when technique and performance justify it.
Volume Add productive work when recovery and experience support it.
Technique Better control and movement quality are real progress too.
Range of Motion Build control through appropriate movement ranges over time.
Consistency A program only works when enough training sessions actually happen.

Before You Apply

Common Questions

Do I need a gym?

No. The system can use gym, home and travel-friendly substitutions. Available equipment is discussed before the program is built.

How many days per week will I train?

The main program is built around three strength sessions per week. Optional conditioning can be added when appropriate.

Is this suitable for complete beginners?

The program is designed primarily for beginner and intermediate trainees. Exercise selection and progression are adjusted to the individual's current level.

Is this a bodybuilding program?

Building muscle can be part of the goal, but Warrior Foundations is built around general strength, muscle development, movement quality and training consistency rather than competitive bodybuilding.

Do you provide nutrition coaching?

General nutrition habits, accountability and education can be discussed within coaching scope. The program does not replace medical nutrition therapy, diagnosis or treatment.

What happens after I apply?

We review your goals, current training situation and equipment. If the program looks appropriate, the next step is a short fit conversation before payment and onboarding.
